Vintage Conditions:

The 2007 vintage was one of the earliest on record, with low yields
and an abundance of sunshine 
As a result, fruit ripened quickly and evenly, with good varietal definition

Winemaking:

Produced in traditional open pot fermenters and
matured in French oak barriques for 20 months

Colour: 

Deep purple hues

Nose: 

Cassis black ,olives, earthiness with coffee/dark chocolate oak

Palate:

Ripe berry flavours, firm tannins and a good acid balance
with a clean, lingering finish

Wine Analysis: 

Alc/Vol – 14.0%     pH – 3.52     TA – 6.1 g/lt
